ausheds, thanks for that, I guess the cost factor is evident when a large percentage of existing s/h do not take up the offer, must admit it p..... me off though, where you have been a holder prior to the issue and the respective companies totally ignore you, especially when considering you are in fact an owner of that company.
Noticed in HAS tranche 2 however that they are going to allott up to 1.5 million shares to Directors
As a shareholder I personally reckon it stinks, only come back I guess we have is to vote against the motion & buy tomorrow at $0.10cents !
