the reality is that many companies raised money last year in a rapidly diclining market - very few if any did it at the kind of discount I am hearing in this raise from UNI.
therfore I tend to disagree with your arguement.
So for Uni to raise money with this kind of discount while we are in a rising market is not as writer would have us believe - "a masterstroke by the big fella", just a very dillutive way to raise money
