The price fluctuations at this present time mean nothing to us with regards to what price we list at and or how the company sets up the proposed transaction, this will be worked out closer to the time of listing to negate that very point your hanging your little persons words on and shareholders must approve as well.

What comes out of your mouth astounds me, we can flip from CDI's to the primary shares when we like in the future anyway. The only time this will really affect us is when we are reporting earnings in USD and one might want to sell, do I hold USD stock or AUD stock and is there an arbitrage play at that time. Your assumption also seems to lead to the fact that the US shares will drive our pricing, yet a majority of holders could be here and holding/trading CDI's in AUD, until we see which market leads the other then that cannot be assumed either.

Still the fact remains that the company will work this and the list price out closer to the time and we don't know the exacts to that just yet.
