I cannot believe that the existing large current share holders who represent 50% of shares on issue would vote for this overpriced acquisition with mostly pie in the sky assets. A previous blogger posted that we are paying 95c per share for an earnings per share of something like .008c per share. I am sure that the large shareholders are smart than this so why are they sitting on their hands. Is the proposed acquisition going to a vote. ??
