Not normally you need to keep playing until you find someone approved by the landlord to take over the lease.

Rfg is a lot harder as they normally hold the head lease so now you have 2 parties to negotiate with and there normal policy was not to let it go because they wanted someone operating one of there franchises from that outlet. So you need to find someone who wanted to try and run one of there business from that outlet.
