From memory they tried selling their inventory and decided "strategically' that it was better to push it out and do it as a bulk sale, the fact is that i doubt they got any good offers for the rubies. Even the rare rubies which today arnt even mentioned have been sweeped under the carper, how much are they worth? how much did it cost to cut? I have a big hunch that the cutting of those rubies exceeded the sale price. I cant prove that of course but either way those two factors are a big no no in my books.

Im happy to buy the anticipation and sell on the news. Risk to me is minimum, return is substantial. If the announcment is as you say extraordinary, then you deserve to receive the return
