    Genuine Q, if AVZ ownership does reduce to 36 or 51%, and the Chinese load up on the AVZ share register is there anything stopping the AVZ Chinese voting in the interest of Z and CATH to screw over AVZ? I don’t know the answer, but if the AVZ register is full of Chinese, the company is basically Chinese anyways?
