I strongly suugest that you "invest" a further few dollars and DO NOT FAX OR EMAIL your exit notices. Send them via Registered Post with a return receipt to you. It will have a tracking number with the name, date and signature of ther person who received it and signed for it at the other end.

Do it this way and no one can play silly b_ggers and deny receiving your notice(s). You investment is worth at least this much.
