I have a few weeks ago logged a complaint with asx regarding another company. Just today they advised me that they have no record of receiving the complaint.
I have spoken to them every second day chasing up the complaint since a few weeks ago and just today they told me they hadn't received it.
I hung up, rang back and spoke to someone else who "found it". I got the reference number for good measure.
Yes they do play silly b_ggers. Correspond via Registered Post. Take measures to protect your investment and your right to due process.
