Whilst some are happy to carry out a post mortem on the demise of AMU i see this as rather an academic arguement, given current circumstances.
We saw some big volume yesterday and the obvious buyer is Eden, clearly some cant wait for this to play out and no doubt Eden will be happy to have your shares at a discount to the offer plus your divvie payment.
What i want to know is Will remaining shareholders vote in favour of the offer on the table or will they be selling out now ?
