Hopefully a grand coalition can be formed with the Centre-right and 5 Star. Really the Centre-right coalition should be allocated a working majority because the Italian voting system is a plurality, winner takes it all. Unfortunately they recently changed the rules to a requirement of 40% of the vote for the a coalition or party to be allocated a working majority of seats.
Perhaps the exit polls are off a bit and the Centre-right will get the 40% needed. Polls have been erroneous recently.
