The directors of aut had a large portion of the stock and take over bid of $4.50 was just to good to resist .... their timinng was brilliant as 12 months on the oil market tanked and many oil companies shut down.
The old team is back with ATS and stock has gone from 20c to 50c... these guys are a class act
This should be a brilliant story to follow.
