Frack - I always assume that we are discussing a theoretical situation and not specific to a particular poster.

In that way all Q and A are of a general nature and not specific to any one individual.

Some may find benefit in the readings - I trust you have :-)

I have enjoyed assisting. I've spent so many hours (months) of time researching as I feel that no accountant / financial adviser has as much interest in my money as I do.

Then, once I have a grasp of the situation I then get professional advice to validate my assertions. Often I'm about right, but to have advice in writing and signed off by a professional is always best.
