The FC hit Dubai very hard early in the piece if there were only 20 odd equities listed what the hell were they thinking listing there, they seem to have given it along time for the number of listings to increase before they decided to pull the plug. I suspect it was only done to get the capital they wanted from Dubai by using the listing as leverage unfortunately when the Dubai group pulled from CTO they should have pulled the listing. I guess ML was trying to get as much tax free pay as possible before having to decamp back to Aus.and start paying some real tax.
