    And therein lies the root of the problem ... another CEO of a Public Company lining his own pockets at the expense of Shareholders instead of being at the coal face.

    I am sure that Foley and Lynch engineered this ... a "win win" no matter what happened.

    I have the utmost comtempt for the pair of them.
