What we could be seeing here in regard to payment for services might well be some beauraucrat trying to remind ARR that he can make or break the company if he wants to.
Perhaps if ARR was to get down on hands and knees and beg this beauraucrat might pay up.
Maybe the beauraucrat wants a bribe and it hasn't been forthcoming who knows.
He might want sexual favours.
This bureaucrat has proved his point. I think that for the sake of the shareholderst, ARR should do whatever it takes to get paid, even he has bend over.
