I can tell you that from my discussions with the managements at the last EGM their views are exactly the same.
They are copping a lot of flak from shareholders about Peelwood North and the time it's taking to bring it to fruition but all the delays associated with that project are caused by a govt red tape and the do gooders who are trying to save the world.
We should all be glad that our pro active management is concentrating on countries which are pro development.
Just look at that last article posted by Troublefree:

I think that the above statement says it all and tells us that these guys (on the Montenegrin) side are serious in getting things done.
President, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Economy all in one day followed by the Mayor the next day.
Now let’s see who do our directors see in here when they are negotiating say Peelwood North:
