Massive risk IMO. Why would they wait until the last week to announce? It doesn't make sense. I think that Affluent might have wanted to pull the plug and SRI said no have another month to think about it. The more I think about it the less convinces i am. Why would they deposit $5mn on the back of unproven results or reserves.
It's a very large gamble. Unless they know what they have (Drilling at midnight whilst no one is around...) LOL! There would be co's doing this!
Oscar what is the down side to the SP if we don't see the deal go through? What are the odds of another extension?
