So you don`t like being told they are worthless. You can exercise if you wont but bepends on the takeover offer. Example if takeover was 6c you would exercise the 2009 oppies at 3c but if you wish to exercise the 2012 ones they will cost you 6c plus what you payed for exmoa only to sell for 6c. So it depends on takeover price
