Still seeing instos continuing to reduce/exit holdings in NFK, most recent being AMP on 10 Dec. There was steady selling yesterday coming from off-screen, of 'bot variety. It appears holders have real concerns about the co's ability to survive the downturn despite soothing noises from directors. Recent contracts won will undoubtably be at v low margins, and NFK's margins are slim at the best of times. I came aboard NFK at listing via indirect holding thru a GSJBW private capital fund (they had provided early funding to the 'proto-Norfolk' and sponsored the float, although they sold majority of their holding immediately post-float). Was rather surprised to see further selling of their residual stake in recent months, not a good sign sadly. With currently div yield at amazing levels (~30%) they could turn out to be a fantastic bargain at these prices or, alternatively, they could bomb. One for those with titanium gonads perhaps..
