I´m positive about the deal because what is the alternative? We have sissingue a low cost but short mine lifetime. Additionally our own drilling was dissappointing (that´s the risk of miners). Yes, it is bonus on the current Exore share price but I think management did a good job in the worst case just bying some time and in the best case if resources increase utilizing the existing Sissingue equipment.
Mines have limited lifetime and the miners simply have to find additional mines/deposits.
I´m happy with Management performance of the last years. Jeff Q has guided us stable through lower gold price and still managed Sissingue and Yaoure + I´m sure that´s not the end.
