Yes SYR have a mining license.
TON don't have a mining license at the moment, but they will in due time.
Mind you if push came to shove and TON need to start production sooner than expected, which IMO they will. We all know that AMG have a mining license to assist.
Both SYR & TON have an off take agreement. Both off takes are different in many ways.
Triton has exclusive rights to supply graphite to YXGC from Mozambique, Madagascar, Malawi and Tanzania.
Triton is not restricted in selling TMG to other parties. If I'm right SYR are restricted? Maybe other TON HOLDERS with more knowledge can conform.
YXGC will only source graphite concentrate from Mozambique, Nadagascar, Malawi & Tanzania "EXCLUSIVELY FROM TRITON"
