I hope u are right but again, my thoughts are if this is as good as people are saying then companies would be prepared to take less of the pie in order to get involved. Why wasn’t there competition of multiple companies fighting for a slice if it’s that good?? A smaller % of a massive pie is better than not being involved in it at all. Surely PAR can get the terms in their favour if the drug is so overwhelmingly positive?? I don’t accept that no company in the world were prepared to buy into this bcos a couple had been burnt before. This happens regularly yet the most common time for any buyout is after ph2. This is now ph3 and couldn’t get competitive tension between 2 companies to put money up to fund the trials. If this was as good as so many suggest, I would expect multiple companies offering buy outs at such a low market cap, not just money to fund the trials.
After Rennies track record I don’t believe anything he says so when he is telling the truth I don’t believe it he until it happens. Let’s hope u are right and I’m completely wrong but something just isn’t right with this imo.
