29 Metals remains actively in the market for 520-580sqm of 'A' & 'B' grade office space in Perth. A representative from the mining company indicated that it is still weighing up a small number of options and expects to narrow in on a preferred space in the coming week. A deal is anticipated in January 2022 and it is understood that renewing in its existing space is looking to be less likely. 29 Metals currently occupies 255sqm in suite 1 at 38 Colin Street in West Perth, on a lease which expires on 23 March 2022 (now under three (3) months out). Tenant Representation Services remains involved for tenant advocacy and further details are expected by February 2022.

As previously reported by Property Daily on 15 November 2021, 29 Metals was continuing to progress with its search for 520-580sqm of 'A' & 'B' grade office space in Perth. A representative from the mining company indicated that was then working through a small shortlist of options - and was hopeful of reaching a final locational decision by late 2021. Renewing in its existing tenancy was understood to be unlikely at this stage. 29 Metals currently occupies 255sqm at 38 Colin Street in West Perth, on a lease which expires on 23 March 2022 (then just four (4) months out). Tenant Representation Services remained involved as tenant advocate.
