Hinsey what are you basing a different location on?
As far as I can see there is no explicit location of 146 aside from a map in ann 25/2/13 which in any case looks to very much on exact the same Easting and Northing location as specified in ann 19/10/12.
Which stated that hole 146 was positioned Easting 19505 Northing 84205.4.
So I'm not sure there has been a shift in position at all.
