Yeah good announcement ...imo.
Critical to get the right partner with the best connections at Govt level to snaffle the best value deals going ..... bit like Nido did in the early days in Philippines and Max Petroleum did in Kazastan .
Wolfgang Zimmer has all the 'creds' from the research Ive done .

Cant imagine it would take too long to 'firm-up' the planned deals and add further value here .... very much 'read between the lines' ann....imo.
