oh - so he's just another kiernan 'pay-to-view' expert non-exec who'll be costing $100k in directors fees. have you ever sat in a board meeting and listened to what these guys say for their $9k per meeting ? you'd be shocked, manobo, absolutely shocked. if he's any good he wont trash his reputation hanging out with the rcp board for too long. its catch 22 - no good, he'll stay and ride the gravy train - any good, he'll pull the pin once he's looked around a bit.
