The top part of your post tells it all for CSM. "On time on budget" again!! CSM virtually always do what they say they are going to do and usually exceed it in some way. In this case they will exceed by adding an extra 200000 tonnes with no extra expendature on equipment. CSM are due another div early in the new year and expect the price to move up after the div announcement (as usual). Love this company :)
