Uranium development company WildHorse Energy Ltd (ASX:WHE) today
announced an upgrade and expansion of its JORC-compliant resource for
the West Alkali Creek uranium deposit, at its Bison Basin Project in
Wyoming, United States.
The total resource now stands at 2.32m pounds (1056 tonnes) of
U3O8, with a cut-off grade of 200 ppm, including 1.35m pounds (614
tonnes) in the Indicated category.
The deposit's initial JORC-compliant inferred resource announced
in August was 910,000 tonnes at 0.089pc for 1.8m pounds (810 tonnes) of
U3O8.
Managing director Mr Richard Pearce commented, "the upgrade to
indicated resource provides the basis for results from ongoing work to
be incorporated into the resource base in a similar way".
