I agree....they didn't issue shares for the Eagle Gold JV and the underlying cashflows of salt slag are so good that predominantly debt financing makes a lot of sense. I think they might do a strategic placement at higher levels if they can pull off a deal with Alcoa, fingers crossed. Pretty happy at how they have managed capital. Make that VERY happy.
