Is NEC an ISP .... no
Would a non-ISP go out & install DSLAMs in 80 exchanges on spec .... hardly
So what is illogical in my possible conclusion that NEC has been left holding the instalation after the original client withdrew?
Further, how lucky were NEC to have EFT come along with a problem of their own that needed something/anything to give the appearance that they are still awake/alive.
& then you turn around & offer an explanation based on what you'd "be inclined to think"
Sounds like you have been mentally sync'd into Mr Lanes obtuse though patterns.
