I'm due to order some more hair growth tonic. I used to get 2 bottles of tonic and 1 bottle shampoo.

Now on the website:
- I can't order my old stuff (that I was happy with)
- I can pre-order new stuff, but not actually get anything sent to me yet as it's a pre-order
- The 3 new systems come with 1 tonic, 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner (I don't want conditioner)
- I am confused as to which of the 3 systems to order

So instead of putting an order in, I don't know which product to order so I ended up not ordering anything.

Breaking the one tonic into three different tonics is IMO just being greedy. It would be better to grow users before you annoy the hell out of them.

I was wondering why the share price had been tanking, now I understand.
