It's a way to tighten the bank roll of major players so the likes of the bigger wealth entities can squeeze the pivotal producing governments even for their prospective wealth in the works before they make it, gas is the biggest weapon besides war they have right now to swing the pendulum into their favor when life itself hinges on everything gas touches, to fortify expansion of economic breakaways. it's about micromanagement of gas as a strategic commodity to either trigger recession or control it.
