Well it’s fair to say commodity markets arerunning wild, including the prices of oil, coal and steel. This will lead tohuge cost escalations for the miner - especially those that are low grade andrely on large amounts of diesel. Thankfully for Renison it is coming to the endof a heavy capex cycle and has locked in prices with GR Engineering for thefinal piece of the expansion being the paste plant and HV upgrades. They alsobenefit from cheap power from Tassie Hydro so won’t see power costs increaseslike those miners that run of diesel generators or coal fired power stations.
