Company can only issue at this point approx up to 56m shares or $14m under the SPP.

With approx 1800+ new holders as of 4/1/04 and with a say total of 5000 shareholders by 11/01/05, expect QGC to issue 10000 shares @ 25c per holding.

T+3 makes today the last day for buying in. If more shareholders get in expect 5000 to 10000 shares to be issued per holding.
