My theory is WPL would want to be the dominant partner.
They can achieve this by buying FAR.
It solves everything for them and effectively shuts the door on any larger predator.
That is assuming a bid doesn't flush out a counter bid by one of the 500lb gorillas.
I personally think we are in the most opportune window right about now.
