Everyone has their own "difficult/inconvenient" time and sell for various reasons (sometimes, even misleading or under a private/secret deal); I wouldn't think stupidity made Derek the chairman of this company considering Merrill is such a smart, determined (and beautiful) lady. Furthermore, if he really wanted to get out, he would have sold at least 7mil not around 700k. 700k, that's around 3~4% of his holding, plus a lot of potential performance options etc later... how destructive can that be?


EVERY inspiring adventure has surprisingly "good" and "bad" moments and personally I think they are the best parts of the journey, I tend to enjoy both when they happen.
