    Key feature that investors are missing is that; Just Niobrara has a head price of $200m+ at todays prices!! And still rising!!

    Which = SP >0.15 today

    It would be cheaper to takeover SNN at 150%(.10) premium today then trying to buy Niobrara.

    WHY BUY THE GOODS WHEN U CAN GET THE IDENTY FOR HALF THE PRICE!!
