(cengizuykun) I think you may even under valued niobrara at 200m+. with the strife in the Gulf, inland plays will be on the increase in lease amounts alone. The current highest lease (feb-march 2010 I think ) was paid in Mountrail County just to the east of Williams county. $7300 per acre! 40,000acres @ $7,300 = $292,000,000.00 as you say that's with a leases pre this stuff up in the gulf. But saying the above there were some leases for around the $1000.00 mark! still that's $40mil? with all the projects and wells already producing the company's is worth .08-.10 easy. maybe there will be a re rating sooner than we all think. great chance for BP to buy the lot at .15. take on ssn and make some serious money to pay back the billions and billions this is going to cost them!
