matsim ,I myself would have been very disappointed if any parcel of Niobrara was sold for just a small raise .

For that reason ,I am going long ,knowing the big potential of the Niobrara play and 4 wells coming soon!!

I also agree that traders should not be in for the quick small $ trade, but understand that SNN book values are at minimum US$250m+ at todays prices (.15+) and has a potential of .30+ by year end!!!!!! this can turn into a big Aussie oil and gas player in the US easy and 40% tax free.
