... Because I had both geotechnical and commercial backgrounds, we (Blinderman and Walker) came to an agreement that he (Blinderman) would produce the gas and I (Walker) would do everything else: set up the company, raise the money, find the locations and put the projects together.

Seems like a sensible partnership to me.
