Exactly as I expected as in my original post (click back one), Macquarie is trying to create a negotiating very low anchor point in peoples minds tso that when they come in with an offer of lets say $0.70, it seems very high and reasonable.
This is 101 of negotiating for negotiating with simpletons, I hope remaining shares holders are smart enough to see through this and reject it out of hand.
