That seems to be the view atm, by some other posters as well. And seems to be the logical way to go. Ian Gandel's 37% holidng will go a long way to ensuring maximum 'fair' value is obtained for AGS shareholders, and his large holding blocks any possible takeover at too low a price. AGS are in the box seat here, management know what they're doing here
