Nexus just gave away 3.5% of Crux + $35,000,000. It was no secret that Nexus have been talking to Shell over the past few months. The outcome is not what the market wanted. Nexus even with there extension are still in a shaky position. If any prospective investors in Crux were put off with the previous deal with Shell then they would surely not be happy with yesterdays. The only impresive thing about NXS is the cover page of there brochure.
