More like the blind following close stops on hot money and CFDs and the uninformed. The extension was a necessary step to be able to evaluate the liquid stripping v FLNG with Shell. Fair enough that Shell takes a few $ as liquid stripping will use up some and reduce the gas available to them. Now RC can wait for the due diligence to complete and the best decision will be made. I am still backing an LNG path but timing is important.
