expect bidding wars!

I am a big fan of this Nick Grealy. He has been on the money though. Especially loved the following:

1.Investment

Public perception and the lack of investment are intertwined. EU “controversial” shale gas theory based on either ignorance, misperception or needing to unwind alternate energy investments, meant substantial resources couldn’t evolve into bookable reserves because of the lack of investment from those who only wanted to listen to conventional wisdom. In the last month, after the Centrica/Cuadrilla deal and the BGS report, all that has changed. Those who didn’t want to be first, are now in a rush not to be last. Companies who couldn’t get anyone to return calls, now find the dance card full. Over the next few months, expect not only investment in UK shale, but actual bidding wars.

Huge couple of months coming for DTE. Bring it on!!
