Finally the tide seems to have turned. Up almost 9% on the Toronto exchange last night. PDN has tracked the Canadian market for the past few weeks so would expect PDN to rocket on the ASX today.
It has been a mystery why Uranium stocks have fallen across the board. Sure the Uranium price has dipped slightly but this should not have caused the savage correction in the Uranium stocks.
Despite all the negative comment, the future for Uranium is strongly positive. All those Nuclear power stations coming on stream will need Uranium and there is going to be a significant shortfall in supply for the next few years.
The analysts projection of $12 for PDN seems conservative to me.
