This was always one possibility and as a recent shareholder without suffering the pain long term holders have I'm pleased.
This really just sets the game afoot as the proponents of the upcoming EGM are likely to control or influence +10% (inc my 1%) which creates a potential blocking stake. That will create some leverage and the Board, by having very few shares themselves, have limited influence over this process.
I'll admit that I am in it for the money... That's my job. I will stick around though to see if there may be some more money :)
