Expect corporate action from new shareholder

Notwithstanding COVID-19 etc This longstanding under performer is likely to shoot higher from here.
Just doing the maths on what the new shareholders have invested into the JV, would seem to me to be a precursor to a full takeover.
Why would you invest $18m in the 50% owned subsidiary when you can have control of the main company for $10m? Does not make sense.
There is also consolidation in this space which makes takeover even more likely. Unless they have done a deal with MB not to launch a takeover? Anyway, I think corporate action very likely this year and it won't be at 7 cents.
