expect good returns 3/4 million immigrants pa, page-3

I did not realise it was 60% growth of population in Melb in 10 years....on that basis I should be buying a dozen more houses, or apartments in Melbourne....or say 2-3 pa over 4 years...and then retire early...
all other cities will receive some of the immigrants....including the little tiny places...like Perth and Darwin...due to the resources....
people wanting to buy in the inner areas in any city will be dreaming if they think the prices will drop down to their level....
plenty of wealthy cashed up immigrants are here competing for the houses....
